Registered as an Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer by the Ministry of Culture, Master Mutlu Çilingiroğlu preserves the UNESCO-recognized art of Turkish paper and silk marbling (Ebru) inside Historic Irgandı Bridge, a short walk from Emir Sultan Mosque Complex.
