Turkey's First, the World's Longest Cable Car Line

Bursa Teleferik was first built by the Swiss company Von Roll in 1963 and went down in history as Türkiye's first cable car line. The historical red and blue cabins, which carried millions of passengers to Uludağ for 50 years, were completely renewed in 2014 with the technology of world cable car giant Leitner Ropeways.

The new line has the title of the world's longest cable car system operating on a single line, with a length of 9,000 meters (9 km). The system has the capacity to carry 1,500 passengers per hour and is equipped with advanced aerodynamic technology that ensures maximum passenger safety even in the strongest winds.

Stations and Journey Experience

During the journey, panoramic glass cabins for 8 people float meters above the ground, offering a unique geographical transition from the green plains of Bursa to the snowy peaks.

• 1. Teferrüç Station (Entrance - 500 m): It is the main station located in Yıldırım district. It is a modern terminal with large ticket offices, indoor parking, restaurants and souvenir shops.
• 2. Kadıyayla Station (1,230 m):It is an intermediate transit station where pine forests are concentrated.
• 3. Sarıalan Station (1,630 m):It is the starting point of forest recreation areas, wooden picnic tables, meat barbecue restaurants and nature walking trails.
• 4. Kurbağakaya / 2nd Development Station (1,870 m): It is the last stop directly connected to the Uludağ Ski Center Hotels Region. You can get off here and walk directly to the ski slopes and luxury hotels.

Where and How to Get to Bursa Cable Car?

Teferrüç Station, the main boarding terminal, is located in Teferrüç District of Yıldırım district.

• By Bus from the City Center: Yellow buses numbered S/1 and S/2 departing from Sculpture Square and go directly to the door of Teferrüç Teleferik Station.
• By metro: You can take Bursaray metro and get off at Gökdere station and take the Teleferik ring buses that depart from in front of the station.
• Parking:There is a multi-storey car park for 300 vehicles for visitors at Teferrüç Station.
